In the 2nd week of March CIVS is hosting a training for the mentors of volunteers. Together with its german partner organisation IJGD CIVS trains the mentors of six volunteer organisations from all over Africa. in areas like mentorship, conflict management or motivation. The training takes place in Nairobi and will help the organisations to improve their engagement in voluntarism, especially the german weltwaerts-program.
