We are a development and consultancy firm based in Kenya, with special capabilities in microfinance, investment management, enterprise development community development, and institutional development; and committed to helping individuals and organizations fulfill their potential and play meaningful roles in shaping our world.

We have strong capacity building skills and we are a team player; with hands-on experience in governance, management, operations, finance and administration.

Our motivation comes from a strong commitment to working for poverty elimination and directing the benefits to the training, technical assistance, and production of tools and resource materials in many areas.
